Bhagat Singh Enterprises-Sahara Q Shop

Bhagat Singh Enterprises is the name of our place, and we are a Sahara Q Shop on Ratu Road in Ranchi. We are located in the RR Tower, which is right opposite the Akashbani Kendra. If you know Ranchi, you know how busy Ratu Road gets with all the traffic and the people. The pin code is 834001. We are close to the GPO and the Sukhdeonagar police station. Being in a tower like this means we get people from the offices as well as the locals. It’s a busy spot. We spend a lot of our time just managing the inventory because things sell out fast. The shop isn't massive, so we have to use every bit of wall space we can find. It’s often quite noisy with the traffic from Ratu Road right outside. We’ve got a small team, and we all do a bit of everything, from cleaning the glass to billing the customers. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work, which makes getting heavy bags up here a real chore. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything; we just show up every day and do the work. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes when a lot of people come in at once, but we just take it one person at a time and keep moving. It is just how life is on Ratu Road.
