Bagyourseat Travels Pvt Ltd is based out of a place called Manoram on Vasant Vihar. It’s on Kanke Road, right near the Reliance Mart, which makes it easy to explain to people who are trying to find us for the first time. Kanke Road has grown so much lately, and there’s always something new opening up nearby. Our office is a bit more relaxed than the ones in the city center. We handle a lot of different travel requests throughout the day. Some people want to go on a holiday, while others are just traveling for work and need the quickest path. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or checking hotel availability. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desk gets covered in notes and printouts. We don't use fancy talk or big promises here. We just look at what’s available and tell the person the price and the time. It is a simple way of working that seems to suit the people who live around Vasant Vihar. Sometimes we stay late to finish up bookings for the next morning. It’s just us doing our jobs in this corner of Ranchi. We like the neighborhood and the fact that we can just walk over to the mart if we need anything for the office. It keeps things running smoothly without much trouble.
