Our office is tucked away on Central Bank Street in Sukhdeo Nagar, right near Mandar Bhawan. It’s a busy spot on Ratu Road in Ranchi, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside. We work in media, which means we are usually busy with screens and cameras. The place isn't very large, just a few rooms where we keep our equipment and computers. We aren't like those big media houses with glass walls and expensive rugs. We have some old chairs and a lot of tangled cables on the floor. It’s a real working space. We focus on getting things done for our clients, mostly small businesses who need a bit of help with their image. Most of our team lives nearby in Hehal, so we are part of the local community. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to people. If we can do something, we say so. If we can’t, we are honest about that too. Sometimes we grab food from the stalls on Ratu Road and eat while we work. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't have a boss who watches over our shoulders all day. We just trust each other to do the job. It’s a simple, honest way to run a media business. We have been here for a while and we know the street well. Most of our days are spent right here.
