Advotis360 Communications Private Limited is based in Ranchi at 904 Mahabir Tower. We are right on the Main Road, which is one of the busiest spots in the whole city. Being on the ninth floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the traffic below, though you can still hear the horns honking during the rush hour. The office is just a simple space we’ve rented to run our communications business. We have a bunch of desks lined up and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It’s not a high-end corporate suite. We mostly just focus on our work and try to ignore the fact that the carpet is a bit worn out. We have a small team of people who are good at what they do. We don't have any grand mission statements or fancy mottos on the walls. We just have a calendar and a clock. Most of our day is spent on computers or chatting with people over the phone. We take turns making tea in the afternoon. It’s a pretty basic setup, but it’s all we really need to get things done. We like being in the center of Ranchi because it’s easy for everyone to get to work. We just come in, do our bit, and head home when the day is over, keeping things as simple as possible.
