We are located in Jai Prakash Nagar, right on Booti Road. It is easy to find us because we are directly opposite the Panki Tanki. The office is not very large, but it serves its purpose for our daily work. I usually get here around nine in the morning to start checking the schedule. There is always something to do, whether it is calling a driver or fixing a schedule that got a bit messed up. The furniture is quite basic, just some wooden chairs and a glass-top table. We keep the files in a metal cupboard in the corner. Sometimes the kids from the neighborhood play outside and it gets a bit noisy during the day. We have been in Booti for quite a while now. People know us as the local travel guys. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find out about what we do. I spend a lot of time drinking tea and looking out at the road while waiting for the next customer to walk in. It is a steady life. You meet people who are going on vacations or sometimes for work in other cities. We try to make sure the vehicles are in good shape before they head out. Sometimes there are small repairs needed, so I have to go to the mechanic down the street. It is just me and one other person handling the office.
