STAVYA DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Stavya Design and Construction is based out of Rampur, at the home of Baidyanath Pandey. It’s a small, local setup where we handle both the drawing up of plans and the actual building work. We think it’s better when the people who design the house are the ones actually putting the bricks together. We don’t have a high-rise office or a fleet of fancy cars. We mostly work from a desk in Rampur and spend the rest of our time out in the field. Our tools are basic but we know how to use them. We take on all sorts of local jobs, like small houses or adding rooms to existing buildings. We aren't interested in being a huge corporation. We just like the process of seeing something get built properly. People in Rampur know where to find us if they need something done. We don't do much advertising because our work usually speaks for itself. We deal with the heat and the dust just like everyone else here. It’s a simple life. We spend a lot of time talking to clients about what they need and then we figure out how to make it happen with the budget they have. There are no hidden fees or complicated contracts, just straight talk about what can be done. It’s how we like to work. It might not be fancy, but it is real and it is reliable.
