Leighton Welspun

Leighton Welspun is located at the Mpt site in Barmer. It is a different kind of environment out here. The landscape is quite vast and the work we do at Mpt is pretty intense. Barmer is known for its heat and its tough conditions, but we are used to it. The site is where everything happens. It is not a city office with carpets and elevators. It is a place of boots, hard hats, and heavy equipment. We spend our days managing projects and making sure things are moving according to plan. The Mpt area is a hive of activity. There are always people moving around and machines humming in the background. It is a long way from the big cities, but there is a sense of purpose here. Leighton Welspun is right in the middle of it all. We don't have a lot of time for formalities. Communication is quick and direct because that is what the job requires. Living and working in Barmer takes a certain kind of person. We are a dedicated group, mostly focused on the daily tasks at the Mpt site. It is dusty, it is hot, and it is a lot of work, but this is where we are. We just keep our heads down and get the job done day after day in this part of Rajasthan. No one here is looking for a pat on the back, we just want to finish the shift.
