GREENHANS BUILDCON LLP

Our place is in the village of Patti Kala, near Maswasi in the Swar Tehsil of Rampur. We operate out of a space cared for by Mohd Husain. It’s a very local operation here in this part of Uttar Pradesh. Greenhans Buildcon LLP focuses on construction work in and around the Rampur area. Being based in a village means we really know the land and the people around us. Our day usually starts early with a lot of talk about materials and transport. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We sit around a table and figure out how to get the next phase of a project finished. There are often tractors passing by outside and the sounds of the village are always there. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People mostly know us by word of mouth or seeing us at work on a site. The office is simple, with just the essentials like a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. We handle the building side of things as practically as we can. It can be a bit slow getting supplies delivered out here sometimes, but we make it work. We’re just local folks trying to do a decent job with the builds we take on. It’s honest work and it keeps the team busy through the seasons. We don't need much more than a good plan and some hard work.
