Farhat Travels Service

Our travel service is based in Rampur, specifically in the Zeena Inayat Khan area. We are right opposite the Deepak Match building, which is a big local landmark that everyone knows. It’s a regular neighborhood with people going about their business. We don’t have a high-end office with air conditioning that works all the time or fancy carpets. It’s a practical space where we handle travel bookings and answer questions. We’ve been here for a long time, so we know most of the neighbors. We aren't a big company with a huge staff. It’s just us, working with some old computers and a lot of logbooks. The street outside is usually quite noisy with rickshaws and people talking, but it keeps things interesting. We don’t have any polished brochures or promotional speeches. We just listen to where you need to go and try to find a way to get you there. Rampur is a busy town, and transport is always a big topic. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, trying to confirm seats or checking on bus timings. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. People stop by because they saw our sign while going to the match factory or just because they live nearby. We try to be as helpful as we can without making a big fuss about it.
