Our office is in Jwala Nagar, right across the street from Sim Traders. Most people around here use the RTO office as a landmark since we are very close to that as well. At Fairmate Construction Chemicals Pvt Ltd, the day usually starts with a lot of noise because of all the traffic coming and going from the RTO. It can be a real struggle to find a parking spot sometimes, but we’ve got our own little corner worked out. The building we are in is pretty plain. We have a lot of samples and buckets sitting around because that’s the nature of what we do. It’s not a place where you’d come for a fancy meeting, but the chairs are comfortable enough for a quick chat. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and trying to make sure the deliveries are going out to the right sites. It gets pretty busy around midday, and the phone doesn't really stop ringing once it starts. We try to keep things organized, but there’s usually a bit of a mess on the main table by three o’clock. Our neighbors at Sim Traders are good people, and we often find ourselves chatting with them during the slower moments of the afternoon. It’s a typical busy street life, and we are right in the middle of it all, just trying to get through the orders for the day without too many problems or delays. It is a lot of work but we manage to get it done eventually.
