This company is called Careerx Counsellingzen and it’s run by Shashikant Tivari. We are based out of Vill Bhaluhan, specifically in the Tolabhaluhan area of Panch Jalalpur, which is in the Rampur block. It’s a rural spot, so it’s a lot different from those big city offices. We don't have a shiny glass building. Instead, we work from a regular place in the village. The main thing we do is counselling for people who aren't sure about their jobs or their future studies. Being in a village, we see a lot of young people who have potential but just don't know where to go next. We sit down and talk through their options. It's very simple work but it keeps us busy. There’s no big marketing team here. News just travels by word of mouth from one person to the next. We have a desk, some chairs, and a laptop, and that’s about it. The road out here can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, but people still find their way to us. We don't use any fancy talk. We just listen to what people say and try to give them some practical advice. It’s a local business run by local people who understand the struggle of finding a good path. We just do our best with what we have here in the village.
