Brindavan Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is based out of the Parsakhera Industrial Area, specifically across B 54-58 on Road No 4. It is a big space because we have a lot of equipment to house for our production. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by other plants and a lot of trucks. The road out front is often bumpy and full of dust from all the construction and movement. Inside our gates, things are a bit more organized. We have different sections for the raw materials and the finished drinks. It is a lot of metal and concrete, and it can get quite loud when all the machines are running at once. We employ a good number of local people from the surrounding villages. Most of them have been with us for a while and know the machines. We do not have any fancy mission statements or posters on the walls. We just come in, check the production schedule, and get to work. The office is just a couple of rooms with some old computers and plenty of files. We deal with suppliers from all over, but we prefer to keep things simple and local when we can. The Bareilly weather can be tough, either very hot or quite cold, so we just adapt as we go. It is a basic operation where the focus is on filling crates and getting them onto the trucks.
