Jaypee Sidhi Cement Plant

This plant is out in Village Jaypee Vihar, which is near Post Bharatpur in the Rampur Naikin area. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here in the Sidhi district, but this is where Jaypee Sidhi Cement Plant operates. The site is pretty massive. You can see the structures from a long way off when you are coming down the road. We deal with cement all day long. It's a lot of moving parts and heavy machinery. The dust is everywhere, so we are always cleaning something. The people working here are mostly from the nearby villages. It’s a local operation in that sense. We have our routines and the trucks are always coming and going at all hours. It can get pretty noisy when everything is running at once. We don't really have a lot of fancy visitors out here. It's mostly just the staff and the drivers. The village life goes on around us while we focus on the production side. We have been here in Sidhi for a while. It’s a practical setup. We make the cement, load it up, and send it out. There isn't much more to it than that. The weather can be tough sometimes, but the work doesn't stop. We just stay focused on the day-to-day stuff and make sure the plant keeps running like it should. It is just the way things go out here in Bharatpur.
