The morning starts very early at No. 370 Ramachandra Layout. While most of the neighborhood is still sleeping, things are already moving at Gowri Dairy. We have the cans and the bottles ready to go. The neighbors start waking up and walking their dogs past our gate. We see the same faces every single day. It is a simple kind of business. We don't have much time for sitting around. There are lists to check and containers to move. The building itself is just a standard structure in the layout, nothing that stands out too much. We focus on the daily tasks of the dairy life. It is hard work and it makes for a long day, but that is just how it goes here at number 370. We finish up when the sun gets too high.
