Rana Singing Bowl Centre

If you are looking for us, we are in Ward No. 01, right near the Kali Mata Temple in West Medinipur. Most people in the area know where the temple is, so we are easy to find. Our shop is where we keep all the singing bowls we make. They are all over the place, on shelves and sitting on the floor in the corners. It is a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where the good ones are hidden. We spend a lot of time cleaning the metal and making sure each bowl has a nice, clear sound. Since we are so close to the temple, we get a lot of people walking by throughout the day. Some are just visiting the temple and stop in to see what the noise is all about. We do not have any big signs or bright lights. It is just a simple shop with a lot of metal. We use some very old methods to get the bowls into shape. It takes a lot of patience to do this kind of work. Sometimes we sit on the stools outside the front door when it gets too hot inside. We have known the people in this ward for decades. It is a quiet life for the most part, except for the sound of the bowls. We do not really bother with fancy packaging or anything like that. We just give people a sturdy bowl that sounds right.
