URVIJA BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Urvija Builders and Developers is a small operation out of Bandhia in Ramgarh. It is an OPC, so it is run by one person mostly, specifically the son of Uttam Chand Baitha. We are up here in the Hazaribagh area, which is a bit different from the bigger cities like Ranchi. The air is a bit clearer, but the work is just as hard. We do building and development work all around this part of Jharkhand. Our address is in a regular neighborhood, not a business park. We do not have secretaries or a big reception desk to greet people. If you want to talk to us, you usually just find us at the site or at the house. We have been doing this for some time now. Building homes or small commercial spots is what we know how to do. It is a lot of physical labor and coordinating with local suppliers for materials. We do not use fancy software or have big meetings in boardrooms. Usually, we just sit down and figure out the plan on paper. Ramgarh is a growing place and we like being a part of it.
