Travel Franchise

We are over in Patratu at Sah Colony. Our office is Qr. No-80. You can find us through Mr. Mahendra Lal Das. We are right by the Patratu Thermal Power Station. You can’t miss the big towers and the steam. It’s a company town feel here in Jharkhand. Travel Franchise is the name we use, but mostly folks just know us as the people to talk to about trips. We have a small room with two desks and a couple of plastic chairs for visitors. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so we have a fan that rattles all day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at train schedules. It’s not a high-tech operation. We still use a lot of notebooks to write things down. Sometimes we run out of ink and have to walk down the street to get more. It’s a local vibe. We know most of the families in the colony. We aren't trying to be some big global agency. We just help our neighbors get where they need to go. If the power goes out, which it does, we just open the windows and keep going. 80 is the number on the door. It’s nothing special to look at, but we have been here for a long time and we know our way around the travel business. It’s just honest work in a quiet part of town.
