So, we are located right here on Main Road in Patratu. If you know this part of Ramgarh, you know it gets pretty busy during the day with all the trucks and people moving around. Sobhagia Sales has been operating out of this spot for a good while now. It is just a regular building, nothing fancy to look at from the outside, but it gets the job done for us. Most days start early because the sun comes up and the heat starts building pretty fast in Jharkhand. We handle a lot of different things here and there is usually a bit of a rush in the afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just carry on with what we are doing. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we all know each other well. It is not a huge corporate setup where nobody knows your name. We just open up the shutters, check what needs to be delivered or sold, and get to it. You might see some dust because of the road construction nearby, but that is just how it is in this area lately. We don't really do much fancy talk here. If someone comes in, we talk to them, see what they need from the stock, and that is about it. It is a practical way to run things and it has worked for us.
