Our office is over in Ramanagar, specifically at Block No 38 on C.N. College Road. SCHIMBARE CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is a small team based here in Ramgarh. The road is usually full of students walking to and from the college, so there is always a lot of energy around. Our space is pretty basic, just a few rooms in a plain building. We have some calendars on the walls and a large table where we spread out our site plans. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We don't have a website or a social media page. We just talk to people and let our work speak for itself. Ramgarh is a growing town and there is always some new project starting up somewhere nearby. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and the various sites we are managing. Sometimes we get stuck behind a slow-moving tractor on the college road, which can be frustrating when you are in a hurry. We don't have a big team, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. One day I might be doing the accounts and the next day I am out helping unload a truck of bricks. It is a lot of hard work and the days are long. We just want to do a solid job and build things that will last for the families here. Our door is always open if you want to stop by.
