OROFRAME CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPER PRIVATE LIMITED

Oroframe Construction and Developer Private Limited is located over in Hesla, which is in the Patratu area near Ramgarh. Our base is at F/O 353. It’s a beautiful part of Jharkhand, but building here can be a bit of a challenge because of the hills and the landscape. We do a mix of construction and development work for the folks around Hazaribagh and Ramgarh. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things that our neighbors actually need. It isn’t always a smooth process; sometimes the trucks can't get up the narrow roads or we run out of supplies at the worst time. We just take it as it comes. We aren't a corporate office with people in suits. We’re usually in our boots out in the mud or dust. We talk to people plainly and don't make big promises we can't keep. If we say we will be there on Tuesday, we try our best, though sometimes the rain has other plans. We’ve been learning as we go, picking up better ways to handle the local soil and weather. It’s a lot of physical labor and long hours under the sun. We like seeing a project go from just a pile of rocks to a finished building. It’s satisfying to see the progress every day. We’re just a local team doing what we know best in this part of the country.
