Out here in Patratu, things move at a certain pace. Our office is at House No. E 397 on Road No. 1. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big glass front or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, it's just one of us answering the door or the phone while we’re looking over some project notes. Being in Jharkhand, we get all kinds of weather, and the office has seen it all. We’ve got our tools and our plans all laid out on the big tables. Most of the time, the team is out on-site, but this house is where the coordination happens. It’s where we store the records and meet with the guys who do the heavy lifting. We know Road No. 1 pretty well by now. It’s a quiet enough spot which helps when we need to concentrate on the technical side of building things. We aren't interested in making things sound more complicated than they are. Construction is about bricks, cement, and a lot of planning, and that’s exactly what we do from this house. If someone stops by, they’ll see a working office, maybe a bit of dust from the road and stacks of paper everywhere. We keep things honest and just focus on the job at hand. It’s been our base for a while, and it serves us well for reaching different parts of the region. No frills, just hard work and a place to sit and think.
