Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

Our setup is located in Kargali Bazar, right in the heart of Bermo. Being in a bazaar means there’s always something happening outside the doors, from street vendors to heavy traffic. It’s a lively place in Jharkhand where we handle the logistical side of our operations for Larsen & Toubro Ltd. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets filled with site reports and employee records. We don't have a big sign or anything too noticeable, just a place for our team to sit and get the planning done. The local market is great for grabbing a quick bite during the lunch break, and the food is usually quite good. We deal with a lot of the mining and industrial project coordination from here, so it’s a lot of technical talk and phone calls throughout the day. Sometimes the electricity can be a bit spotty, especially during the storm season, but we just wait it out or use the backup generator. It’s a very practical environment where nobody worries about looking corporate. We’re more concerned with making sure the equipment arrives on time and the workers have what they need for their shifts. It’s dusty and loud at times, but that’s the nature of being near the bazaar and the industrial sites. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, and people know where to find us if they need to talk about the work. We just keep our heads down.
