JPT CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED operates from Tola Hesla in Ramgarh. We set up our main point of contact at S K Siddique Munda’s place. Being in Ramgarh means we are always dealing with the traffic and the movement of goods through this area. Our daily routine is mostly about coordinating with the crew and making sure the equipment is where it needs to be. It’s a messy business, honestly. There is always mud on someone’s boots and the phone never stops ringing about site updates. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big meetings. Usually, it’s just a few of us sitting around a wooden table looking at blueprints or arguing about the weather. Jharkhand weather can be tough on construction schedules, so we are always keeping an eye on the clouds. The office in Ramgarh is where we handle the bills and the hiring. We’ve got some good local people working with us who know these lands well. It is loud sometimes with the machines nearby, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it is a small wall or something bigger. We take our lunch breaks together when there's time. It’s a simple life, mostly just worrying about the next load of bricks and making sure the workers are okay. We’ve been here at Hesla for a bit now.
