Shiv Clinic

Shiv Clinic is located on Mangrol Road in the Siswali area of Mangrol Tehsil. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main town, but we get a lot of people from the surrounding farms and smaller villages. The clinic is a simple brick building. It isn't much to look at from the outside, but inside we keep it as clean as we can. I’ve been working here for years and I’ve seen just about everything that comes through these doors. Most days it’s just regular stuff, like kids with scraped knees or older folks needing their blood pressure checked. We don’t have high-tech machines or anything fancy. It’s just basic medical care for the local community. The road outside can be really loud with the tractors going by, especially during harvest season. Sometimes we have to shout a bit to be heard over the engines. We don’t do any marketing or post on social media. People just know where we are. If the waiting room gets too full, people just stand outside and chat under the shade of the tree. It’s a slow-paced life here in Siswali, but the work is steady. We do our job, lock up in the evening, and go home to our families. It’s a modest life, and the clinic is just a part of that daily routine for everyone around here.
