Our business, Narendra Kumar Mehta & Sons, is situated at B-59 in the Krishi Upaj Mandi Industrial Area. If you know the Mandi, you know it’s a place that never really sleeps. There’s always movement, loaders, and people shouting out prices. We’ve been part of this landscape for years. The "Sons" part of the name is because it’s a family thing, passed down and kept going through the seasons. Our unit is in the industrial section, so it’s more about function than looks. We have big doors that stay open most of the day to let the breeze in, along with the dust. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with sacks or papers piled up in the corners. We don't follow a strict corporate schedule; we work when there is work to be done. Often that means being here before the sun is even fully up. The desk in the main office is usually covered in receipts and half-empty water bottles. We know most of our neighbors in the other blocks, and we often share a quick chat near the tea stall. It’s a tough environment sometimes, especially when it’s hot, but it’s where we belong. We handle things the old-fashioned way, with handshakes and honest talk. There’s no need for a fancy setup when your work speaks for itself in the market. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us.
