Uzair Construction Private Limited is based right in Ramban. Our place is at 1, Govindpura, which is quite close to the District Complex in Maitra. Being near the complex makes it easy for people to find us. Ramban is a specific kind of place, especially with all the mountain roads and the way the land is. We deal with construction challenges that you might not find in the flatter parts of Jammu. We’ve been at this for a bit. It’s just a regular office where we try to keep things organized. Sometimes the office is a mess of blueprints and tea cups, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just go out and do the work. The private limited status is mostly for the paperwork side of things. At the end of the day, we are just builders. We know the soil and the terrain around Maitra pretty well. It’s a small town vibe here, so your reputation is everything. If you do a bad job, everyone knows by the next morning. We just try to stay steady and keep our heads down.
