ARSHAD MALIK AND SONS CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is a family business based in Ramban. Our office is at Ward Number 7 on BK Road, which is right near the Degree College. We work out of Mohd Arshad’s place. Doda in Jammu & Kashmir is our home, and we have been here for a long time. Our pincode is 182143. Having "And Sons" in the company name is important because it shows we are a family operation. We don't have a big flashy office building with a lobby. It is just a regular place on BK Road where we handle the business side of construction. Mohd Arshad is the one who makes sure everything is in order. Ramban is a busy place, and being near the college means there is always something going on outside. We don't do any big marketing or advertising. We just rely on our reputation in the local area. Construction can be a hard business with long hours and plenty of physical work, but we are used to it. We take our projects seriously and try to keep our clients satisfied without using any corporate jargon. Most of our time is spent out on the road or at building sites, so the office is mostly for the evenings. We are just a local team trying to do right by our families and our community here in Doda.
