You can find us over at 4/162 A on Sivaramalingam Street. It's a small spot in Paramakudi. Being in Tamil Nadu, the weather is usually quite hot, so we keep the windows shut to try and stay cool during the day. The office is really just a base for our local development work. We aren't a big operation here. It’s just a few of us making sure the construction jobs stay on track. The street is pretty narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We have a lot of regulars who drop by just to chat or check on progress. There is no big corporate sign out front. Most people find us by word of mouth anyway. Inside, there’s a couple of desks and a lot of binders. We try to keep things organized, but it’s a busy job. There’s always someone calling about a delivery or a site issue. We like being in Paramakudi because it’s a tight-knit community. You get to know the suppliers and the laborers by name. It makes the work feel more personal. We do things the old-fashioned way mostly. Paper sketches, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings. It might seem a bit behind the times to some, but it works for the projects we handle here. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve been here for a good stretch. We just focus on getting the buildings up and keeping the records straight in the office.
