Our shop, Rethna Hardware And Builders, is located at 40/3 Kaja Moideen Complex on Thurai Raja Chathira Street in Ramanathapuram. We are pretty easy to find because we are right near the Ulavar Santhai. That market gets very busy in the early mornings, so we usually see a lot of people around before we even open the doors. We carry a bit of everything here, like tools, nails, paint, and all the small stuff you need for a building project. It is a bit crowded inside the complex because we try to keep a lot of stock on the shelves for our customers. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a person is looking for, but we usually know where everything is hidden in the back. Besides selling hardware, we also handle some building work and construction around town. It keeps us on our toes, switching between the sales counter and the actual job sites. The building we are in is a bit older, but it serves us well for what we do. We have got some regulars who come in just to chat for a bit while they pick up their daily supplies. It is a local kind of place where people know our names. We don't have any fancy displays or anything like that. We just have the things people need to fix their houses or build new ones.
