Prothious

Prothious is located down in Kilakarai, which is a small coastal town in Tamil Nadu. Our setup is tied to the family name, specifically S/O P.Ravindranathanswamy. It’s a traditional way of doing things in this part of the country. Being in the Ramanathapuram district means we are a bit far from the big city buzz of Chennai, but we like it that way. The air is salty and the pace of life is much slower here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a few of us handling the daily operations. Most people in town know who we are because of the family connection. Work involves a lot of reading and making sure we follow all the local rules. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep our ledgers and a couple of chairs for visitors. We drink a lot of coffee while we work. The internet can be a bit spotty sometimes, but we manage. We aren't looking to expand into some giant firm. We just want to keep doing what we do and support our families. It’s an honest living. Sometimes we walk down to the shore during the lunch break just to clear our heads. It’s a quiet life, but the work keeps us busy enough that we don't get bored.
