F C Engineering

F C Engineering is tucked away at 124/1 Barathi Nagar, right along Mandapam Road. If you know the area, you know it stays pretty busy with traffic and people going about their business. We’ve been set up here for a good while now, mostly just focusing on the work at hand. It’s a straightforward engineering shop. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or a polished showroom. Mostly, it’s just the sound of tools and the smell of metal. We spend our days at the benches or working the machines. It gets a bit dusty and loud, but that is part of the job. People from around the neighborhood drop by when they have something that needs looking at. We see a lot of the same faces from around Mandapam Road. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, parts and tools end up everywhere. It is a local operation, nothing too big or complicated. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is done. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, either too hot or raining hard on the roof, but we just keep going. It’s a simple life here in Barathi Nagar. We don’t do much in the way of talking ourselves up. The work is what it is. If you walk past 124/1, you’ll probably see us inside. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the bricks. It suits us just fine.
