Azman Trading

We have been here at 54, Attrangarai for quite a while now. Most people around here just call us Azman Trading. It's a quiet enough spot near Alagankulam, though the road gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up in the afternoon. The mornings usually start pretty early for us when the first delivery arrives. We spend a good chunk of the day just sorting through things and making sure the inventory matches what we have on the paper. There is no big sign or anything too flashy out front. We have a small desk where we do all the writing and keep the registers. It gets a bit hot in the summer months, so we usually keep the back door open to let a breeze in. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we walk to work or take the cycle. Sometimes we stop for tea at the corner before starting the shift. It is a simple setup, really. We don’t have fancy computers everywhere, just the basics to keep the business moving along. The floor is concrete and it’s seen better days, but it’s sturdy. We like being in this part of town because everyone knows everyone else. You see the same faces every day passing by the window.
