Sarshika Pharmachem Llp is out in the Harohalli Industrial Area. If you are coming from Bangalore, you have to drive down towards Kanakapura Taluk. We are at Plot No. 325, in sections 1 and 2. Being in an industrial area means there is a lot of dust and the sound of trucks moving all day long. It is not the most glamorous place to work, but it is where the real work happens. The building is quite big since we need the space for the pharmachem stuff. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor or checking the equipment. It can get pretty hot during the summer months out here in Harohalli. There are a lot of other factories around us, so the whole area has that busy, working-class vibe. We do not have fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. It is mostly just concrete and metal shelves. Most of us live a bit of a distance away, so the commute is a big part of the day. We have a small area where we keep the records and handle the administrative side of the business. The snacks at the local canteen are okay, though we usually bring our own food. It is a noisy, busy place where we are always moving something or checking a batch. It is just how things are in this part of the rural district. We keep our heads down and get the tasks done one by one.
