If you travel out towards Bidadi from Bangalore, you will find us in the Meher Complex. We are located in Bhimenahalli, which is part of the Bangalore Rural area. It is much quieter than being in the middle of the city, and that is something we actually enjoy. The air feels a little bit different out here. We are in a layout called Meher Baba Layout. The building is simple and our office is just a place where we manage our hotel interests. There is a lot of green space around compared to the city center. We spend most of our time on the phone or working through various spreadsheets on our computers. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages or travels in from the outskirts of Bangalore. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist sitting in a suit. It is just us sitting at our desks and getting through the daily work. Sometimes we go out for a short walk during the lunch break just to get away from the computer screens for a while. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes when it rains heavily, but we manage to get things done. We are not trying to be something we are not. We are a small company doing our best with the hotels we look after. It is a lot of manual coordination but it keeps us busy and the business going every day.
