Our place is over at plot 20 in the Bidadi Industrial Area, right inside the Toyota Techno Park. It is a bit of a drive for some of us to get out here to Ramnagar Taluk every morning, but you get used to the road after a while. The facility stays pretty busy because we are focused on precision parts. It is a lot of looking at small details and making sure the machines are calibrated just right. Sometimes the precision work can be a bit tiring on the eyes, so we make sure to step away for a tea break now and then. The techno park is a large area, so it feels very organized compared to the chaotic streets in the city. We have a good group of people working here who have been around since the early days. It is mostly about getting the daily targets met and making sure nothing breaks down in the middle of a shift. The weather out here in Bidadi can be quite pleasant in the mornings before the sun really hits the metal roof. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just the workshop and the offices where we keep the logs and schedules. Most of the time, the air is filled with the hum of the cooling systems and the smell of oil. It is just a regular workplace where everyone knows their job and we try to finish on time.
