Maruthi Masala Industries

We are Maruthi Masala Industries, and you can find our unit at No. 19A in the KIADB area. We are located in the Kelagote Industrial Area, right near the big Tata Motors plant and just off N.H. 4. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so it’s not the quietest place to work, but it’s perfect for what we do. We process spices on a pretty large scale here. The building is basically a large warehouse filled with the smell of different masalas. It can be quite strong if you aren't used to it, but we’ve been here so long we hardly notice anymore. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and keeping the machines running. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Everything here is for production. We focus on getting the grinding and packing done right. The highway is right there, which is great for the trucks coming in to pick up our loads. We have a crew of workers who know exactly what needs to be done every morning. It’s a hot and noisy environment, especially in the middle of the day, but we just get on with it. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Our business comes from the fact that we’ve been in this industrial area for years. We just keep our heads down and make sure the spices are ready on time. It is straightforward work for people who don't mind getting their hands dirty.
