Gummi Metal Technik India Pvt Ltd operates out of 27c Bidadi EME Road. If you know the Bidadi area, you know it's a lot of industrial plots and factories. We are right on EME Road, and it can get pretty dusty with all the trucks moving in and out of the industrial estate. Our building is a practical space where we handle all the metal and rubber work. It’s not a quiet place; there’s usually the sound of machines or tools going in the background. We have a small office area, but most of the action happens on the floor where the real work gets done. People out here in Bidadi are mostly working in manufacturing, so we fit right in. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s where the space is. We spend our days dealing with parts and making sure things are moving along the way they should. The yard sometimes gets crowded with materials waiting to be used. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us, the staff, and the machines. We wear work clothes and don't worry too much about looking polished. As long as the parts are right and the machines are running, we are doing okay. EME Road is a busy stretch, especially during the shift changes in the mornings and evenings. It's just a lot of hard work out here every day for the guys.
