We are located at Plot No.86 in the 2nd Phase of the KIADB Industrial Area, specifically in the 2nd Section. It’s a big industrial zone, so it’s not exactly the most scenic place, but it’s where all the real work happens. At Jayalakshmi Poly Packs, our day usually starts pretty early to beat the heat and the truck traffic. The facility is mostly taken up by the machines and the stock of materials we keep on hand. Our office is just a small partitioned area near the front where we handle the paperwork. It’s noisy and there is always something being moved around. We don't have air conditioning in the main area, just some big fans to keep the air moving. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art for the walls. We’d rather put that into keeping the machines running. The people here have been working together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a local business in the industrial area doing what we do best. The roads inside the KIADB area can be a bit bumpy, and it gets quite dusty in the summer months. But we have everything we need right here. We just focus on the orders and making sure things are packed up right for the customers. It’s a busy life, but it suits us well enough.
