Our facility is located in the Ida Shanthinagar area, specifically on Fci Road within Gouthaminagar. It’s part of the B-2 section in Ramagundam Mandal. This is a real industrial zone, so it’s loud and busy from morning until night. We spend our shifts around the machinery, making sure everything is running the way it should. The air always smells a bit like metal and oil. It’s a tough environment, especially when the Ramagundam heat kicks in during the summer months. We don't wear suits or ties here; it’s all heavy boots and work clothes that get dirty fast. Our space is functional and built for heavy tasks. We don’t have a fancy front office for visitors. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us on the floor near the equipment. We keep track of everything on clipboards and simple chalkboards. It is a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously and stay focused on the tasks at hand. There are no corporate retreats or long meetings here. We just show up, do the job, and go home when the shift ends. The road outside is always full of trucks and other workers from the nearby units. It’s a gritty place but it is where we have been operating for a long time. We just keep our heads down and get the production done.
