Raja Afzal Taz Travels is located in Godavarikhani, specifically in Kakathiya Nagar. Our place is H. No 16-7-63/1, which is a fairly quiet area until the buses start moving. Travel work is always about timing and keeping track of where everyone is going. In Ramagundam, the weather can be really tough, so we spend a lot of time making sure the vehicles are in decent shape to handle the heat. It is not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of hours on the phone or looking at schedules. People come to us when they need to get somewhere, whether it is for a wedding or just a trip out of town. We have lived around here a long time, so we know the shortcuts and the bad roads that everyone should avoid. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to sit and get the bookings sorted. Sometimes things get delayed and we have to deal with grumpy passengers, but that is part of the life. We just try to be honest about the times and the costs. It is a family-style operation where we all pitch in to keep the cars moving. There is always tea on the desk and some map or another spread out. We are just local people helping other local people get around without too much fuss. We know the routes and the timing better than most.
