Radha

Radha has been operating out of this spot at Swathanthara Chowk for a good many years now. Most people around Godavarikhani know the building, right near house number 19-8-99. It is a regular place where we just get on with our daily tasks. We don’t really do anything fancy or have those long corporate meetings you hear about. Usually, it is just us handling whatever work comes through the door each morning. Ramagundam is a pretty busy area, especially here in Karimnagar district, so there is always someone passing by the window. We started out quite small and we have stayed that way because it works for our style. Sometimes the power goes out or the street outside gets too noisy with the traffic, but that is just part of life here. We see the same faces every week, mostly neighbors or people we’ve known for a decade. If you are looking for the place, just head toward the main chowk. It isn’t hard to find if you know this area even a little bit. We keep things very simple because that is all we know how to do. No one here is wearing a suit or trying to talk you into something you don't really want. It is just honest, daily work. We spend a lot of time just chatting with folks who stop in for a minute. Life moves at its own pace in this part of town and we don't mind it. The building itself is nothing special to look at, but it is ours.
