Our place is located in Sukhde Nagar, right near the telephone exchange in Nathdwara. It is a family-run setup, started by VK Sankhla, and we have been operating from this part of town for a long time. Living and working here in Nathdwara means things move at a certain pace, especially with the temple nearby and all the visitors coming through. We handle a lot of different tasks throughout the day, mostly keeping things organized and helping out the people who come to see us. It isn’t a big office with glass walls or anything like that. It is more of a home-style environment where things get done between tea breaks and neighbors dropping by to say hello. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy because of the traffic near the exchange, but we are used to it by now. We do not have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. The house where we work from has been in the family for ages. We have some old wooden furniture and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels right. We don't do much advertising; people just find us through word of mouth or because they have known the family for years. That is how most things work around here anyway. We just keep things moving as best as we can every single day without any fuss.
