Shree Nakoda Buildheights Llp

Shree Nakoda Buildheights Llp is run by the son of Madan Lal Ostwal and we are based on Tehsil Road in Nathdwara. Being in a place like Nathdwara is special because of the temple and the constant flow of people coming through town. Our focus is on building and heights, as the name suggests, but we handle all sorts of construction projects around the local area. The office on Tehsil Road is where we handle the administrative side of things, but we are much more comfortable out where the actual building is happening. We use local materials and work with people from the town who we have known for years. We are not interested in corporate growth or becoming some massive developer. We just want to build things that stay standing for a long time. The pace of work here depends a lot on the local festivals and the weather. Sometimes everything stops because of a big religious event in Nathdwara, and we just have to plan around that. It is a very local way of working. We do not have any mission statements or fancy goals. We just look at the site, figure out what needs to be done, and then we go ahead and do it. It is practical and straightforward, and we try to keep our costs fair for everyone involved.
