Our place is out in Charbhuja, in the Rajsamand district. Specifically, we are located at Teliyon Ki Kakar. Shree Chogala Shyam Developers is what is written on the sign, but to most people, we are just the neighbors who do the building work. Life in Rajsamand is a bit different than the big city; it is a bit more personal here. We know the people we work with and the people we buy our supplies from. Our office is a simple setup where we store our tools and look over the plans for whatever project is currently on the go. There is a lot of dust because that is just part of the job when you are developing land and building structures from the ground up. We spend a lot of time outside, checking on the progress of the walls and making sure the levels are right. Sometimes we sit out in the shade and have a bit of a rest when the afternoon sun gets too strong. It is not a complicated operation. We just take one job at a time and try to do it right without making a big fuss. The roads around Charbhuja can be a bit rough, but we are used to it by now. We have got our routine, and it involves a lot of manual labor and coordination between the different guys on the team. It is just our daily life.
