Rajasthan Ice Cream

Rajasthan Ice Cream is located out in Villpost-Bilota. It’s a small place, more of a village atmosphere really. If you are heading towards Nathedwara, you'll find us near the village post office. Life moves a bit slower here than in the big cities. We spend our mornings getting everything ready for the day ahead. The roads around Bilota are narrow and sometimes they get quite dusty, but that’s just part of being in this part of the country. People around here know us mostly as the local ice cream spot. There isn't much to look at besides the fields and the local houses nearby. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights or anything flashy. It's just a simple building where we do our business. Some days the heat is quite something, and that’s when everyone starts thinking about ice cream. We see the same faces every day, mostly neighbors and folks passing through to the bigger towns like Nathedwara. Bilota is quiet at night. We've got our routine down. It’s not a complicated life. We handle the supply and make sure things stay cold in the units. The post office nearby is a good landmark if you're trying to find the exact spot. It's a humble setup, nothing fancy at all. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. Most of our time is spent making sure the equipment is running right. It gets a bit hectic during the festival seasons, but otherwise, it's peaceful.
