Miraj Merdian Mall

The Miraj Merdian Mall is located at the Miraj Campus in Nathdwara, which is part of the Rajsamand district in Rajasthan. This mall is a big part of the local community and people from all over the area come here to shop or just to spend some time with their families. Our management office is located within the campus, and that is where we handle all the details of keeping the place running. It is a lot of work to manage a mall this size, so our days are filled with talking to shop owners, checking on the maintenance of the building, and making sure the security is doing their job. Nathdwara is a place that gets many visitors because of the temple, and we see a lot of those people coming through our doors as well. The atmosphere changes throughout the day, being quiet in the mornings and getting very lively and loud by the time evening rolls around. We do not have a corporate feel in our office; it is more like a small group of people trying to keep everything organized. We spend a lot of time walking around the different floors to make sure everything is clean and working right. Most of us live nearby, so we see our neighbors and friends coming into the mall all the time. It is a friendly place and we just try to keep it running smoothly for everyone who visits.
