Madhvi Marble Art is located over in Badarda, which is in the Rajsamand area. It’s a place where stone and marble are very common. We spend our days working with different types of marble. The air is often full of a bit of dust because of all the carving and cutting we do. It’s not a fancy studio; it’s more of a workshop where we get our hands dirty. Being in Badarda means we are surrounded by other people doing similar work. We’ve been here for a while, and the locals know us well. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us making things out of marble. The pieces are heavy, and we spend a lot of time moving them around. Rajsamand is known for its marble, and we are proud to be a part of that tradition in our own small way. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just passing through Badarda. We open up early and work until it gets dark. It’s simple, honest work. Sometimes a piece doesn't turn out quite right, and we have to start over. That is just how marble art goes. We don't mind the hard work. It keeps us busy and pays the bills.
