Running a marble business out here near Nathdwara is a lot of hard work. We are located right on NH-8 at Karjia Ghati. If you drive this way, you'll see a lot of dust and big trucks carrying heavy stone blocks. This part of Rajsamand is famous for its stone, and we’ve been part of that for a long time. It’s not just an office job; there is a lot of time spent out where the actual mining happens. The sun gets really intense in Rajasthan, especially during the summer months. We deal with raw marble and try to get it sorted for whoever needs it. It’s a lot of logistics, making sure the trucks are loaded right and that the quality of the stone is what it's supposed to be. Some days are slow, and some days we can't keep up with the phone calls. We don't have a big corporate team, just some of us who know the trade and how to handle the machinery. It’s noisy and messy work, to be honest. You spend your morning looking at slabs and your afternoon talking to drivers. People come from all over the country looking for specific types of Rajsamand marble. We just show them what we’ve got pulled out of the ground. It’s a tough life but it's what we know. The office is right there on the highway, easy to find if you’re looking for stone. We just keep our heads down and keep the blocks moving.
