Kajari Minerals

We are set up on Amet Road, over in the Lawa Sardargarh area. Specifically, our place is in Salampura. This part of the country is known for its minerals, and we’ve been right in the middle of it for a long time. The road can be a bit rough with all the heavy trucks passing by, and the dust is just something you get used to after a week or so. Our site isn't a corporate office; it’s more of a working yard where we handle the minerals. It’s hot work most of the year, and we spend a lot of our time outside checking the loads. We’ve built our lives around these minerals and the local community here in Salampura. Most of the guys working here are from the nearby villages. We don't have a big HR department or fancy titles. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the minerals are sorted properly. It’s a simple way of living, really. Sometimes we sit under the shade of the trees during the afternoon break and just talk about the day’s haul. The business has its good months and its slow ones, like anything else. We don't make big promises, we just try to be consistent with what we do every day on Amet Road. It is hard work, but we are used to the heat and the pace.
