DLN ESTATES LLP

DLN ESTATES LLP is based out of Uttam Nagar, right near the school in Amet. We work from Chandrabhan Singh’s place. It’s a quiet area mostly, except when the kids are coming or going from school. We’ve been here in Rajsamand for a bit now. Our setup is pretty basic. Just a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet people. Rajasthan is a big place, but we mostly stick to what’s happening right here in our corner. It’s dusty sometimes, and the heat in the summer makes us start work pretty early in the morning. We handle land and property things. People in town know where to find us if they need to talk about a plot or some paperwork. We don't have a website that we update much. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or calling someone they know. It’s a small community, so word gets around fast if you’re doing a good job or a bad one. We try to be fair and just get the work done without making a fuss. Sometimes we sit outside when the weather is nice. You can hear the school bell from our front door. It reminds us of the time. We aren't some big city firm with shiny windows. We’re just local folks working in the same neighborhood where we live. That’s enough for us. We keep our ledgers in order and try to help our neighbors when they have questions.
